To make the complaint procedure easier, the Seller provides:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>an e-mail address: shop@printella.com, to which you can send your complaint;<\/li>\n<li>a postal address: Printella Sp. z o.o., ul. Stefana Batorego 18, 77-300 Cz\u0142uch\u00f3w, Poland;<\/li>\n<li>a contact telephone number: +48 577 700 144.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you send the Product back to the Seller as part of a complaint, protect it properly against damage in transit. Enclose a copy of the complaint and proof of purchase with the parcel.<\/p>\n<h2>Additional information<\/h2>\n<p>Your right to submit a complaint about a Product not conforming to the contract is described in detail in \u00a79 of the <a href=\"\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/\">Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Remember that the Store does not accept shipments sent COD (cash on delivery).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/complaint-form.pdf\">Complaint form (PDF)<\/a> \u2014 it is not mandatory, you may submit a complaint in any form.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a customer, you may submit a complaint on the grounds that the Product does not conform to the contract.
