If you want to change the fabric, design, file or number of metres, or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once printing has started, product changes and cancellation are no longer possible.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-do-you-request-a-change\">How do you request a change?<\/h2>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:shop@printella.com\">shop@printella.com<\/a> or call <strong>+48 577 700 144<\/strong>. Include your order number and describe the change you want, or tell us that you want to cancel.<\/p>\n<p>We will check the order\u2019s progress and confirm whether we can make the change. Sending a request does not mean the change has been accepted.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"will-the-price-change\">Will the price change?<\/h2>\n<p>Changing the fabric, quantity or design may affect the order price. If the price increases, you pay the difference. If it decreases, we refund the overpayment.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-about-the-delivery-address\">What about the delivery address?<\/h2>\n<p>You can usually change the delivery address or contact details before dispatch. Let us know immediately \u2014 shipment details cannot always be changed after dispatch.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"can-i-cancel-an-unpaid-order\">Can I cancel an unpaid order?<\/h2>\n<p>Yes. An unpaid order does not enter production and will be <strong>automatically cancelled after 7 days<\/strong>.
