Available payment methods appear during checkout and depend on the country and currency.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-can-you-pay\">How can you pay?<\/h2>\n<p>Choose one of the options shown at checkout: card payments, digital wallets or local payment methods available for your country.<\/p>\n<p>Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are handled by <strong>Stripe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For individually quoted delivery, you will first receive a pro forma invoice showing the full order total, including shipping. If you accept it, pay by bank transfer.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"your-payment-failed-what-should-you-do\">Your payment failed \u2014 what should you do?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Do not immediately place a new order.<\/strong> Check your account transactions, emails and order status.<\/p>\n<p>If payment has not been taken, try again. If you have an account, you can pay for a pending order under <a href=\"\/en\/my-account\/\">My account<\/a> \u2192 Orders.<\/p>\n<p>If payment has been taken but you have not received confirmation, email <a href=\"mailto:shop@printella.com\">shop@printella.com<\/a> with your order number. We will check the transaction before you pay a second time.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-do-you-get-a-business-invoice\">How do you get a business invoice?<\/h2>\n<p>Select the business-order option at checkout and enter your company name and tax identification number. We will email the sales document to the address provided with your order.<\/p>\n<p>Enter your invoice details when ordering and check them before confirming.
