If you want to return an order without reporting a fault, check the conditions on the <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.printella.pl\/en\/returns\/\">Returns and withdrawal<\/a> page, which also covers products printed to your specifications.<\/p>\n<p>If the fabric you received is damaged, has a printing defect or does not match your order, submit a complaint.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-should-you-prepare\">What should you prepare?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Your order number<\/strong> and details of the fabric or file affected.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A description of the problem:<\/strong> where it occurs and which part of the order it affects.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Photos of the whole product and close-ups of the problem<\/strong>, preferably in daylight.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your preferred solution<\/strong> \u2014 explain how we can help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Submit your complaint following the instructions on the <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.printella.pl\/en\/complaints\/\">Complaints<\/a> page. We will reply within <strong>14 days of receiving the complaint<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"did-the-parcel-arrive-damaged\">Did the parcel arrive damaged?<\/h2>\n<p>Photograph the product, packaging and shipping label. If possible, ask the courier to complete a damage report. When collecting from a locker, follow the carrier\u2019s instructions for reporting damage.<\/p>\n<p>Keep the packaging until the matter is resolved. <strong>Only send the product back when we ask you to.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"does-the-colour-look-different-from-your-screen\">Does the colour look different from your screen?<\/h2>\n<p>A screen is not an exact colour reference for a print.
