Questions and answers

How big are the samples?
Each sample measures 14 × 14 cm — enough to assess texture, thickness and color. The material code is on the back.
When will I receive my sample set?
We ship from Poland by courier or to a pickup point. You'll see the estimated delivery time in your cart after entering your delivery address.
How do I order a material from the sample set?
Each sample has a code — the same code appears on the material's product page, in the configurator, in the cart and on your order. Select the material from the list and upload your file.
Does the fabric sample set include printed materials?
Yes. Each sample features a sample print, so you can see how printing looks on different materials while comparing their texture, thickness and stretch.
What's the difference between the fabric sample set and a sample with my own design?
The sample set includes different materials with sample prints. If you want to test your design on a specific material, order an individual 46 × 46 cm sample printed with your own design.
