Returns and withdrawal from the contract
We print to your individual order — on the material you select, in the print size and print length you specify. Products prepared in this way are not subject to return under the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. This does not limit your right to submit a complaint if the Product does not conform to the contract.

Products manufactured to individual order
Fabrics and knits printed according to your individual specifications are not subject to return under the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
Every such print is produced in accordance with the configuration of your order — on the material you select, with the chosen design, print size and print length. This applies both to your own designs and to designs from our collection printed according to your individual specifications. The 46 × 46 cm sample with your design is treated in the same way, as we print it for that specific order.
The exclusion is based on Article 38(1)(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. The same provision is restated in §11(7) of the Terms and Conditions.
Before you buy, please check the material, dimensions, design scale and the quantity you are ordering.
The absence of a right to return without giving a reason does not limit your right to submit a complaint if the Product does not conform to the contract — see how to submit a complaint.
