Printing most orders takes 3–5 working days, while polyester fabrics, such as softshell and waterproof fabric, take 5–8 working days. This period starts on the day after payment is received.

Yes, as long as we have not started printing. If you want to change the fabric, design, file or number of metres, or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once printing has started, product changes and cancellation are no longer possible.

You pay for your order in advance. Available payment methods appear during checkout and depend on the country and currency.

You will see the delivery cost in your basket after entering your address. It depends on the country, parcel dimensions and chosen delivery method. Current rates are also listed in the shipping price list.

Yes — to all European Union countries, as well as Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Returning a product and making a complaint are two different matters. If you want to return an order without reporting a fault, check the conditions on the Returns and withdrawal page, which also covers products printed to your specifications.
