Printing most orders takes 3–5 working days, while polyester fabrics, such as softshell and waterproof fabric, take 5–8 working days. This period starts on the day after payment is received.
Allow additional time for shipping: 1–2 working days within Poland and 2–5 working days to EU countries. Estimated delivery times for individual countries are listed in the shipping price list.
What happens to your order?
After receiving payment, we check the files, print the fabric and prepare it for dispatch. If the design needs adjusting or requires your decision, we will contact you before printing. Waiting for your reply may delay completion.
On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Where can you check the status?
If you have an account, go to My account → Orders. If you checked out without an account, use the information sent by email.
- Pending payment — your payment has not yet reached us.
- Awaiting quote — we are calculating an individual shipping price. We will send a pro forma invoice within one working day.
- Processing — payment has been received and the order is being prepared, printed or packed.
- Completed — the order has been dispatched.
- Cancelled — the order will not be fulfilled.
The “Processing” status does not change at every production stage.
What if your order or delivery is delayed?
The first tracking update may not appear until the courier has collected and scanned the parcel.
If the turnaround period has passed and you have not received dispatch information, or the parcel has been in transit longer than expected, email shop@printella.com. Include your order number.
