You will see the delivery cost in your basket after entering your address. It depends on the country, parcel dimensions and chosen delivery method. Current rates are also listed in the shipping price list.
How do we deliver orders?
Within Poland, you can choose Orlen Paczka lockers and collection points, InPost parcel lockers or courier delivery.
For international delivery, you can also choose a DHL locker or collection point if that option is available for your country and order. You will see the available options in your basket after entering your address.
For courier delivery, we select a carrier to suit the parcel dimensions and destination country. You will receive a tracking link after dispatch.
Box or roll?
Most orders are sent in mailing bags or boxes. For quantities over 30 linear metres, we ship the fabric on a roll at the separate roll rate in the shipping price list.
We always ship faux leather on a roll, regardless of length, to avoid creases and cracks in the surface. One roll holds up to 29 m; larger quantities are split across several rolls. The shop selects the shipping method.
How do we send samples?
We ship the fabric swatch set free of charge when it is the only product in your basket. If you add other products, standard delivery rates apply.
A 46 × 46 cm sample with your own print is sent as a small parcel, like a regular order.
We do not have a fixed free-delivery threshold. Free-delivery promotions are announced in our newsletter.
